The beauty of each day of your journey would laze in its morning mist, the glory of a snowy sunset, curved valleys, the serpentine rivers and of course in some of the beautiful Buddhist monasteries of the country. This tour covers Kolkata, Darjeeling to visit Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monasty,also enjoy the famous toy train ride.

Further proceed to Pemayangtse and visit Tashiding monastery, Pine forested Yaksum, Dhubdi, Pemayangste Monasteries, then we will move towards Gangto via Rumtek visiting Nyingmapa Monastery, Rumtek Monastery – The seat of Karmapa who heads the Karma – Kagyupa sect of Tibetan Buddhism.

Built-in 1960s the monastery is said to be the biggest monastery in Sikkim, then finally arrive to Gangtok and take a tour of Orchid sanctuary, deer park, Do-Drul Chorten and Monastery, Institute of Tibetology, Rumtek monastery at last arrive back to Kolkata and visit the monuments of colonial era, at last take a stroll beside the Hoogly river, to feel the view and culture of this “CITY OF JOY”.
