Welcome to Hospes India Travels and Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our travel services, bookings, and website/platforms. By booking any service with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Offered


We provide travel and hospitality-related services including but not limited to:

  • Tour packages

  • Hotel bookings

  • Transportation services

  • Travel planning and itinerary arrangements

  • Group and customized travel solutions


All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made with accurate personal and travel details.

  • Booking confirmation is provided only after receipt of the required advance payment or full payment.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if incorrect information is provided.

4. Payments and Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in transport costs, hotel tariffs, taxes, or government policies.

  • Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the journey unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any additional charges during the trip must be paid directly by the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy

Refunds will depend on the cancellation timeline and supplier policies (hotels, airlines, transport providers).

  • Cancellation charges may apply.

  • No refund will be provided for unused services or last-minute cancellations.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and supplier penalties.

  • Refund processing may take 7–21 working days depending on banking and service provider timelines.

  • No refund will be given for force majeure situations (natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).

7. Customer Responsibilities


Customers are responsible for:

  • Carrying valid identity proof, passport, visa, permits, or other required documents.

  • Following local laws, customs, and regulations during travel.

  • Arriving on time for scheduled departures and activities.


The Company is not liable for delays or missed services due to customer negligence.

8. Changes in Itinerary

  • The Company may modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety issues, operational constraints, or unavoidable circumstances.

  • Any additional costs arising from such changes shall be borne by the customer.

9. Travel Insurance


We strongly recommend that customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Trip cancellations

  • Loss of baggage

  • Accidents and delays


Hospes India Travels and Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators).

  • We are not responsible for service deficiencies, accidents, delays, or losses caused by third-party providers.

  • The Company is not liable for injury, death, theft, or damages during travel beyond our control.

11. Force Majeure


The Company shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or transport disruptions


In such cases, refunds will depend on supplier policies.

12. Privacy Policy


Customer information is collected solely for booking and service purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized parties, except when required for travel arrangements or legal compliance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
